Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you purchase products using a subscription or recurring purchase option, the following terms apply:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected delivery frequency. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Refunds: Payments for processed subscription orders are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Changes to Subscription: You can modify your subscription, including delivery frequency, products, or address, at any time before the next billing date.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully completed.
